There is always always always something to be thankful for.

If you continuously compete with others you become BITTER.

If you continuously compete with yourself you become BETTER.

You’re only one workout away from a good mood!

Don’t take the elevator. Next time take the stairs!

Set realistic goals. Start short term, with one small goal. Celebrate when you get there!

Sometimes the days you don’t want to go to the gym become your best workouts. Keep on going!

Make it a habit to clean your fruits and veggies as soon you get home from the store. Those apples/pears/berries are now the perfect grab-n-go snack!

One workout at a time, one day at a time, one meal at a time.

Write down your goals. Write down stragagies to avoid cheating. Having specific written goals and recorded strategies to deal with temptation has been shown to nearly double your results.

Drink more water! Add a chunk of watermelon (they’re in season!) for a splash of flavor with few calories!

Having trouble getting yourself to the gym? Find a fitness friend! Meeting someone for a workout will make you much more likely to get it done!
